Peta recently within the last two months, PETA, the animals rights organization, released a blog post “bashing” the FFA. Many of the things in the article were twisted truths and untruths. SOme of the things were flat out lies, but there was the smallest amount of truth, which were the principals and morals the FFA claims to have.

As PETA claimed we do…

“Develop my potential for premier leadership, personal growth, and career success.”

“Make a positive difference in the lives of others.”

“Dress neatly and appropriately for the occasion”

“Respect the rights of others and their property”

“Be courteous, honest, and fair with others”

“Communicate in an appropriate, purposeful, and positive manner”

“Demonstrate good sportsmanship by being modest in winning and generous in defeat”

 

And it is all true. Every bit of it is true, the FFA is a good organization with every one of these moral and more. PETA has merely just twisted everything FFA said. To even show their intelligence, they used Australian agriculture in an article about the Future Farmers of America.
